Rebecca Kelly grew up in Wrightstown in Bucks County, PA, and attended LaSalle University in Philadelphia. She started playing and loving the game of golf when she was three years old. She was blessed to be a part of a junior golf program and have a father who loved the game. At the time, Rebecca had no idea the impact the game of golf would have on her life. It tee’d her up for a life she never dreamed of.

Rebecca studied Political Science at LaSalle University and joined the staff at First Tee — Philadelphia in 2011. The chapter was looking to grow the Girls Golf program, she met with John MacDonald, and has been a part of the team ever since. Rebecca was promoted from Director of Operations to Assistant Executive Director in April 2021. Since joining the team she has progressed through the First Tee Coach program and is a Certified First Tee Coach. Rebecca started the LPGA program in 2018 and is currently working toward LPGA Class A status. Rebecca currently lives in Montgomery County with her husband Louis.

If Rebecca could have a superpower, she would have Super Senses. She would then have the ability to know how to ask participants better questions when they answer “What’s going on?” or “What’s up?” with “Nothing” or “I don’t know.”
