First Tee — Greater Philadelphia’s Greenskeeper Pathway Program is a hands-on workforce development program for those who are interested in gaining essential skills in golf course maintenance.
Participants will build real-world skills, earn a certification, and have the opportunity to be placed at a local golf course upon completion of the program.
This opportunity can open the door to potential careers like equipment technician, landscaping, and sports turf management positions in addition to turf management in golf!
