Caddie Academy

First Tee – Greater Philadelphia’s Caddie academy teaches participants the in’s and out’s of caddying, and gives them the opportunity to be placed at a local golf club to caddie upon completion of the program.

The program includes training days and a Certification Day where participants will get a chance to show off their skills. In 2023, we hosted a caddie banquet at the end of the year where volunteers caddied for our caddie academy graduates, giving them a chance to be on the other side of the game.

Our Girls Caddie Academy, graciously sponsored by Janney, gives our young female participants a unique opportunity to get their foot in the door in the caddie space.
