First Tee – Greater Philadelphia’s Caddie academy teaches participants the in’s and out’s of caddying, and gives them the opportunity to be placed at a local golf club to caddie upon completion of the program.
The program includes training days and a Certification Day where participants will get a chance to show off their skills.
Our Girls Caddie Academy, graciously sponsored by Janney, gives our young female participants a unique opportunity to get their foot in the door in the caddie space.
Registration for the 2026 Caddie Academy will open in January 2026. If your child is interested in applying, we encourage you to join the contact list now so you don’t miss important updates.
Who’s eligible?
To register for the Caddie Academy, participants must:
- Be 14-18 years old at the time of registration
- Be active participants in our program
